9:00 AM – 4:00PM – Airport Open House AUW

Sunday July 21 RACE DAY
6:00 AM – Airport Shuttle Starts Hotel to AUW

8:00 AM – Mandatory Racer Briefing FBO Hangar
9:00 AM – Racers Depart AUW to AUW
10:15 AM – 4:00 PM – Racers Land AUW
* BBQ potluck lunch available at AUW hangar hosted by EAA Chapter 640. Donations for the EAA Chapter lunch are encouraged.
8:00 PM Oshkosh Airport Closes to Arrivals
*Aircraft that will be continuing to Oshkosh must arrive by this time. Please remember that in accordance with AirVenture rules, all aircraft must be tied down before you leave the airplane.
Monday July 22
5:45 PM – Arrive for Awards
6:00 PM – Award Ceremony AirVenture Forum Pavilion 5
7:00 PM – Bus from Awards to Chester V’s
7:30 PM – 10:00 PM Post Race Party Chester V’s
*Beverages provided for racers. Dinner is not hosted, but we have arranged a limited menu to accommodate our large party.
10:00 PM – Return Bus Chester V’s to AV Grounds *Usually one bus is able to also do a drop off at the UW dorms for those folks staying there.
