SAT | JULY 18: BUILD THE HYPE
- 7:30 – 10:30 AM | Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast @ LBF (No free breakfast at Jefferson).
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Shuttles Available between AUW and Hotels.
- 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Airport Open House @ AUW.
- 10:00 AM | Keith Phillips Speaks on his aviation career @ LBF1.

SUN | JULY 19: RACE DAY
- 6:00 AM | Airport Shuttle Starts (Hotel ➔ AUW).
- 6:30 AM | Experimental Pilots at airport to stage.
- 7:00 AM | All Racers at the airport to stage planes.
- 8:00 AM | ⚠️ MANDATORY RACER BRIEFING @ LBF1 Hangar.
- 9:00 AM | WHEELS UP: Racers Depart AUW ➔ AUW.
- 10:15 AM – 4:00 PM | Racers Land AUW.
- Potluck BBQ Lunch available at AUW Hangar (Hosted by EAA Chapter 640. Donations encouraged).
8:00 PM | Oshkosh Arrival Deadline: You must be landed and tied down at OSH!
MON | JULY 20: GLORY & AFTERPARTY
- 5:45 PM | Arrive for Awards.
- 6:00 PM | AWARDS CEREMONY @ AirVenture Forum Pavilion 7.
- 7:00 PM | Bus departs Awards for Fox River Brewing.
- 7:30 – 10:00 PM | POST-RACE BASH @ Fox River Brewing Waterfront.
- Drinks provided for racers. Prepaid dinner buffet.
10:00 PM | Return Bus (Fox River Brewing ➔ AV Grounds/UW Dorms).
